Dawn has dedicated her life to helping people stay healthy and feeling young. She received her BS in physical therapy at Lasell College and went on to complete her RN, MSN and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner licenses at MGH Institute of Health Professions graduating magna cum laude.

Her training included residencies with plastic surgery, dermatology, emergency medicine, cardiology and critical care medicine. Dawn is a plastic surgeon & dermatologist trained board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years experience in critical care, cardiology, aesthetics medicine, advanced medical procedures and has continuing training with experts in plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical aesthetics to stay current.
Dawn's unique background in working as an Intensive Care and Cardiology Nurse Practitioner has enabled her to deliver holistic health services supporting the heart, body, and mind. Prior to opening Skin Esteem Med Spa, Dawn worked pro bono with plastic surgeons treating cancer and trauma survivors for over 10 years. Dr. Stephen Delia, Medical Director for Skin Esteem Med Spa is a Board-certified cosmetic plastic surgeon and owner of Stephen Delia Plastic Surgery in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Dawn is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

She has worked as a Hospitalist PA in acute care and has also practiced in primary care and urgent care settings. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UMass Amherst and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Springfield College. With a strong passion for promoting overall health and wellness, she looks forward to providing you with exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes.

Holly is a Registered Nurse who earned her ASN at Caritas Laboure College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Massachusetts. She has over 10 years’ experience as a Dermatology Nurse with many of them in nurse management. Holly has a specialized background in cosmetic and surgical dermatologic procedures and treatments. Holly continues to train in advanced techniques and skincare concepts at Skin Esteem.
Kristal Lincoln LE
Kristal is trained and certified in oncology aesthetics, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, reflexology, and body treatments in addition to many other services provided at Skin Esteem Med Spa and Wellness Center. Her background in oncology aesthetics allows her to provide relief to cancer patients battling the effects of treatment.

Angela is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emmanuel College and received her Masters Degree of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Angela is certified in microblading / permanent makeup artist with several years experience and is an expert in aesthetic medicine including injectables.
